The return must be completely sent to us with the following documents:

 

- original invoice

- Return Form: PLEASE PRINT THE FOLLOWING FORM AND SEND IT WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE TO US: RETURNS FORM

 

When returning an item please make sure that:

- All items are in perfect condition and have no signs of wear

- everything is sent back to us within 14 days. (Delivery time is not included)

 

Coupon codes can not be included in the credit.

If you have used a personal coupon code or other discount codes with your order, you will only be refunded the amount paid.
